Supporting long-term solutions to the climate and biodiversity crises
Hartswood is a UK charity supporting environmental and climate initiatives across advocacy, conservation, and early-stage innovation. The foundation is structured to operate in perpetuity with independence, flexibility, and discretion.
Grant-making
Hartswood provides multi-year support to carefully vetted, high-impact organisations committed to protecting the planet.
Impact investing
Hartswood invests in start ups by working with third party funds such as Conduit Connect EIS Fund to develop innovative and scalable solutions that benefit the climate and natural world.
“Everybody has to get out of bed every day and do something meaningful that has nothing to do with themselves, to protect those things you love.”
